These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Alejandro Bailo, an individual based in Spain, who operates Cupping. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you use Cupping for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. If you are not legally able to agree on your own, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where required.

Cupping provides digital tools for coffee sample management, sensory evaluation, protocol-based scoring, collaborative cupping sessions, reports, and analytics. Some features work offline and synchronize when a network connection becomes available.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and keep access to your email or social sign-in provider secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

Sign in may be provided through email, Apple, or Google. Those providers have their own terms. Do not share session invite codes with people who should not have access.

You keep ownership of coffee details, scores, notes, and other content you enter. You give Cupping a limited permission to host, process, synchronize, display, and export that content only as needed to provide the service.

Content in collaborative sessions is shared with the host and participants according to the session workflow. Only upload or enter information you have the right to use and share. Session hosts are responsible for deciding who can join and for handling exported reports after they leave Cupping.

Cupping includes free functionality and may offer monthly or annual Cupping Pro subscriptions. The store purchase screen shows the current price, currency, billing period, trial or introductory offer, and included features before you confirm a purchase.

• Payment is charged by Apple or Google to the store account used for the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store before the store's renewal deadline.
• Trial eligibility and duration are determined by the store. Unless cancelled, a trial converts to a paid subscription at the displayed price.
• You can restore eligible purchases in the app and manage or cancel a subscription from your Apple or Google account settings.
• Deleting your Cupping account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately before deleting your account if you do not want future renewals.
• Refund requests are handled under the rules and processes of the relevant store.

For apps obtained through Apple's App Store, the Apple Standard EULA also applies to the licensed app. If these terms conflict with mandatory store terms, the mandatory store terms control for that issue.

You must not:

• Use Cupping unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person's rights.
• Access accounts, sessions, data, or systems without authorization.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or reverse engineer security or access controls.
• Upload malicious code or content that is illegal, deceptive, or rights-infringing.
• Scrape, resell, or commercially reproduce the service except with written permission.

The app, website, design, source code, and Cupping brand are owned by the operator or used under license. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service as intended.

References to SCA, Coffee Value Assessment, Cup of Excellence, Q Grading, Apple, Google, and other third-party names identify compatible workflows or services. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, Cupping is not endorsed by or affiliated with those organizations.

We aim to keep Cupping reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Network access, store services, device permissions, and third-party infrastructure can affect authentication, synchronization, notifications, purchases, and restoration.

Offline changes should synchronize after reconnection, but you should review important results and keep copies of critical exports. Features may change as protocols, platforms, or technical requirements evolve.

You may stop using Cupping at any time and can permanently delete your account from Profile → Danger Zone → Delete account. The consequences and retained recovery record are explained on the Account Deletion page.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, serious security risk, non-payment, repeated abuse, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cupping is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated here, and the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory rights available under the law of their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will resolve disputes.

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel, and the date at the top will be updated.
